An exciting family weekend!

A couple of weekends ago we had an exciting family weekend. We went to the zoo on saturday for their 80th birthday party. In celebration, they put on a "Little People's" musical. There was dancing, presents, and even a big cake!



After the show we walked around the zoo and checked out the animals. We got to see a peacock span it's feathers. It was so pretty!



My favorite part of the day was the choo-choo train. Mommy and daddy took me on my very first train ride. That was so much fun!!!



On sunday we went to the beach. I touched sand for the very first time! I didn't want daddy to put me down at first because the sand felt weird but after a half hour or so, I loved it. Me and daddy tried to build a sand castle. It didn't work out too well because we didn't have the right tools but it was fun anyway.




Daddy even took me into the water. Brrrr... it was cold!



What a great weekend! In a couple of weeks I get to see all of my Elwell cousins in North Carolina. We are very excited!!!

HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY DADDY!!!

Last Saturday daddy had his 30th birthday party. It was a ton of fun! We had good food, good drinks, and best of all good company. Daddy even took the boat out at night and cruised around with his friends. I wish I could have gone but it was bed time for me. I know daddy had a lot of fun too because the next day daddy was exhausted and didn't feel so hot. Mommy said daddy had a hangover so we had to turn off all of the noisy toys.
